允许在海外市场经营–来自联邦税务局（IRS）的外贸操作许可(RADAR)

在一间公司开始其进出口业务之前，所有文件应与IRS的要求一致。 巴西海关管制机构要求的最重要的文件之一是RADAR。

申请RADAR – 一种进出口许可 – 需要通过公司的法律代表出示由公司提供的文件。

申请应在距离公司总部所在地最近的IRS办公室提交。

申请Radar所需的文件:

  • 合作伙伴的税卡号（CPF）和身份证号（RG）；
  • 贸易委员会的注册证书；
  • 贸易委员会的简化证书；
  • 社会契约和最新；
  • 营业执照；
  • 去年的物业税；
  • 公司物业的租赁合同；
  • 有公司名称和地址的电子帐单或电话单复印件；
  • 根据 SRF规范第3条要求的扣款和联邦税收抵免声明（DCTF）
  • 第583/05号指令（Receitanet）；
  • 根据RFB的模版进行了公证的初始注册表。

    Notes:

  • The company should notify about the accession to the DTE - Economic Tax Address (to learn more about the DTE, visit the IRS website).
  • The articles of incorporation of the company, should contain the name of the person who will be signing all the documents of the Radar application;
  • All documents must be authenticated and/or notarized.
  • To access the SISCOMEX (Integrated Foreign Trade System), the E-CPF of the legal representative of the company should be used.
